Cost Planning & Estimation

• Prepare preliminary cost estimates , feasibility studies, and budget forecasts.
• Develop detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) , cost plans, and rate analysis.
• Monitor and update cost estimates as design evolves.

Tendering & Procurement

• Manage the tendering process —from preparing tender documents to issuing addenda.
• Conduct pre‐qualification of contractors and suppliers.
• Lead tender evaluations, cost comparisons, and recommendations.
• Participate in contract negotiations and awarding.

Contract Management

• Administer FIDIC, JCT, NEC or other standard forms of contract.
• Manage contractual correspondence, notices, and compliance.
• Draft and review contract agreements, variations, and change orders.
• Maintain and enforce contractual timelines and obligations.
