Quantity Surveyor

CS2, part of RSK Group, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our rapidly growing team on a full time permanent basis. This role is based out of our Manchester office.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing a full quantity surveying service to the clients of the business across a range of sectors, as well as giving support and advice to other members of the Quantity Surveying Department.

1. Provide professional quantity surveying duties including cost planning, preparation of tender documentation and contract documentation, on-site valuations, interim payment applications and preparation of Bills of Quantities etc.
2. Effectively communicate with both internal and external parties ensuring all information is available for the successful implementation and completion of projects. 3. Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new client contacts and business opportunities.
