About the role

As a Quantity Surveyor at FIN8 DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION', you will play a crucial role in estimating and managing the costs associated with complex construction projects. Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering accurate cost projections, preparing tender documents, and ensuring the financial viability of our projects. This full‑time position is based in our Mandaluyong City office in Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing detailed cost estimates and bill of quantities for construction projects
2. Analyzing contract documents, drawings, and specifications to identify cost‑saving opportunities
3. Negotiating and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts to optimize value for money
