Key Responsibilities

Cost Estimation

• Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and technical documents to accurately calculate material, labor, and construction costs.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, estimates, and budget proposals aligned with project requirements and client expectations.
• Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability and support informed decision‑making.

Contract Management

• Develop comprehensive
