Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and technical documents to accurately calculate material, labor, and construction costs.
Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, estimates, and budget proposals aligned with project requirements and client expectations.
Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability and support informed decision‑making.
Contract Management
Develop comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ) to clearly define project scope, quantities, and pricing.
