The Quantity surveyor provides accurate cost estimates, monitors project expenses, and ensures cost-effectiveness throughout the project duration. He or she possesses strong analytical skills, excellent numerical abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction methodologies and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead expenses, utilizing historical data, industry benchmarks, and current market rates.
Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and track costs against budget allocations, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
