Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for MEPF systems.
• Support bid preparation, BOQs, cost plans, and tender documents.
• Review drawings, plans, and specifications for cost accuracy.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Prepare progress billings, variations, and cost reports.
• Monitor project costs and identify savings or risks.
• Attend bidding, technical clarifications, and client meetings.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and procurement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering course.
• At least 2–3 years experience in Quantity Surveying for MEPF projects.
• Knowledge in BOQ preparation, cost control, and bidding process.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, Planswift/CostX (or similar).
