Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to handle MEPF works, including plumbing, fire protection, mechanical, and electrical systems. The role involves cost estimation, quantity take-offs, billing, and cost control for ongoing construction projects.

Scope of Work (MEPF)

• Plumbing Systems
• Fire Protection Systems (FDAS, Sprinkler, Standpipe)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for MEPF works
• Review plans, drawings, and specifications for plumbing, fire protection, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Prepare BOQs, cost breakdowns, and budgets
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and proposals
• Prepare and monitor progress billings and variations
