Job Description

Cost estimating, analysing budgets, cost control and financial reporting related to mechanical and electrical services of construction projects
Preparation of tender and contract documents
Preparing design brief documents for all mechanical and electrical services
Tender evaluation, analyse bids or proposals submitted by contractors
Collaborate with Project Teams to develop accurate cost forecasts, assess cost implications of design changes
Assessing interim payment applications and final accounts
Carrying out cost analyses on mechanical and electrical services
Providing general support and advice on various aspects of mechanical and electrical services
 
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Services, or a related discipline.
