Quantity Surveyor

AECOM Mexico is seeking a Quantity Surveyor



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for managing all cost and contractual aspect of the project during the preconstruction and construction phases.
• This includes preparing cost estimates, conduction value engineering analyses, monitoring budgets and ensuring financial control.
• The quantity surveyor supports the project team in achieving cost certainty, transparency, and value throughout the project life cycle.

Minimum Requirements:

• Civil Engineer or similar with more than 4 years of experience or demonstrable equivalent.

Desirable Requirements:

• A RICS certification or equivalent, experience working with international standards such as AACE,
• 7 years of experience will be highly valued.
