Quantity Surveyor

Clarkson Owens Recruitment are working with a growing main contractor who are looking to expand their commercial team with a Quantity Surveyor.

In this role your time will be split between the office and site. You will be commercially responsible for a refurbishment project worth around £4m. Their will be support from the commercial manager when required.

In order to be suitable, you will be a Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable looking after your own project commercially with minimal supervision.
