Quantity Surveyor (M&E – Electrical & Plumbing)

We are an established M&E contractor specialising in infrastructure and internal Electrical & Plumbing works. We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support our project and commercial team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BQ, and tender pricing for M&E works
• Handle progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts
• Measure and value Electrical & Plumbing works on site
• Manage subcontractor claims, payments, and cost control
• Prepare cost reports and commercial documentation
• Liaise with project team, consultants, and main contractors

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in M&E works (Electrical / Plumbing)
• Able to read M&E drawings and specifications
