Quantity Surveyor

We are an Established BCA Registered signage company. House under 15,000 sq ft at Loyang, we design, manufacture and install all types of signage. Our projects range from Construction industry, Developers and government agencies. We are seeking to hire Quantity Surveyors in line with our expansion.

Job responsibilities
1.To submit monthly claims and justifications to consultants/contractors.
2.Aim to close final account for all completed projects to close the project.
3.Prepare quotations as and when required for justifications.
4.To follow up closely for project SOI / highlight project teams that have yet to give inputs for claims.

Job Requirements
1.Neat and consistent in filing records.
2. Able to work late if required to rush for submission.
3.Well verse in Ms Office (Excel) softwares.
