About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Abraham International Process Engineering Corp. Pte. Ltd' as a Quantity Surveyor (M&E) in the West Region. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in the construction industry, providing expert surveying services to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for mechanical and electrical (M&E) components of construction projects
2. Measuring and quantifying M&E materials and labour requirements
3. Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best prices and terms
4. Monitoring project costs and variations, and providing regular reports to the project team
5. Assisting with tender preparation and bid submissions
6. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure project objectives are met
