Location: Jurong West
Salary: $3,600 – $4,500 (Basic) + OT + Transport Allowance
Working Hours: 5-day work week (Mon–Fri), 8:30am – 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and measurements from construction drawings
• Review pre-contract documents, specifications, and quotations
• Source, evaluate, and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Check material availability and coordinate delivery timelines with site teams
• Support negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers on pricing and scope
• Verify subcontractor progress claims and reconcile quantities
