Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

• Prepare contractual correspondence, submit claims notices promptly and in accordance with contractual timetable.
• Prepare and submit payment applications on due date, follow-up applications to ensure promote certificate and payment, and ensure final accounts are submitted in a timely manner and are agreed to maximum value.
• Prepare works orders for sub-contractors, prepare monthly payments and settle sub-contractors final accounts.
• Ensure that the works are measured correctly and to maximum extent allowed.
• Ensure insurance claims are notified promptly and claim particular are submitted on time.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in LTA projects.
• Knowledgeable in foundations works.
• Meticulous and detailed oriented.
• Willing to travel across Singapore
