Quantity Surveyor – Bloemfontein – Permanent

We are a subsidiary of the Raubex Group, with offices located in Bloemfontein, Pretoria, and Cape Town. We are currently seeking to employ a Quantity Surveyor to be based in Bloemfontein working across various trades and divisions within Raubex Infra. This position is ideal for candidates residing in Bloemfontein or its surrounding areas, with access to their own transport.

Minimum Requirements

• BSc Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Advance Experience with Construction Computer Software (CCS) and BuildSmart integration.
• Contracting QS and Estimating experience in the infrastructure environment. Must have experience on township developments and techniques used to better productions.
• Must be able to demonstrate site experience as a QS.
• Must proof experience with SMME’s.
• Proficiency in agreeing monthly interim certificates and final accounts.
