Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor specializing in Civil, Structural, and Architectural systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management of CSA works within construction projects. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Revit, CostX, and other BIM software are essential for accurate cost analysis and resource planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for CSA-related works.
Conduct material take-offs and quantity verifications using Revit, CostX, and other BIM tools.
Analyze CSA project costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure budget adherence.
Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors for CSA systems.
Monitor cost variations, change orders, and claims management related to CSA scope.
Provide cost forecasting and risk analysis to support project decision-making.
