QUANTITY SURVEYOR

FOREST LAKE DEVELOPMENT, INC. is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Quantity Surveyor who will assume a pivotal role within our team. The chosen candidate will hold the responsibility of providing in-house estimates for a range of land development and vertical construction projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of in-house estimates for various land development and vertical construction projects as basis for comparison of awarding potential contractors.
• Preparation of bid documents for construction projects.
• Cost monitoring and control of ongoing projects.
• Preparation of budget and payment schedules.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Candidate must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
