Quantity Surveyor

• Background in ELV/Intelligent Systems/Electrical Engineering or related;
• At least 4 years of experience in ELV system QS, cost estimation and bidding;
• Familiar with ELV systems (e.g., structured cabling, security, BMS) materials and construction methods;
• Able to perform quantity take-off, pricing, and cost analysis independently;
• Familiar with PEC (Philippines Electrical Code);
• Background in High Rise Projects;
• Willing to assign in Gil Puyat, Pasay;
• Can start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
