Quantity Surveyor

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• At least 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor handling MEPFS works
• Strong knowledge of MEPFS systems, materials, and installation methods
• Proficient in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and cost control
• Familiar with construction drawings, technical specifications, and industry standards
• Experience in high-rise, commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel and quantity surveying tools/software
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to conduct onsite visits as required
• Willing to be assigned to Gil Puyat, Pasay City
• Can start immediately

Pay: Php30, Php42,000.00 per month
