Quantity Surveyor

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Fully responsible for costing and taking-off.
• Responsible to handle clients, other consultants, and main contractors.
• Familiar and understand the construction contract documents.
• Responsible for all project's correspondence and documentations and ensure the company's contract obligation is fulfilled.
• General Filing and prepare records for safekeeping.

Requirements:

Must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate/Degree in Quantity Surveying

At least minimum of 2 years working experience.

Pleasant personality with good communications and writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Candidate must have initiative, responsible and can work independently under minimum supervision

Computer literate (Ms Excel, Ms Word etc.)

Effective time management and ability to multi-tasks are required.
