Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 1–3 years' experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation.
• Familiarity with BOQ preparation, project costing, and tendering processes.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, CostX) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
