• Assess project costs and budget management.
• Prepare detailed estimates and cost plans.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D modeling, and project estimation.
• Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with site visits as required.
• Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.
