Job Summary

The Quantity Surveyor – MEPFS is responsible for the cost planning, estimation, measurement, and financial control of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems works. The role ensures accurate project costing, effective cost management, and timely processing of variations and billings in coordination with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs for MEPFS works
• Review MEPFS drawings, specifications, and scope of works for quantity accuracy
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow for MEPFS packages
• Prepare progress billings, payment certifications, and subcontractor valuations
