Quantity Surveyor

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Licensed preferred)
• With 3-5 years of experience in the construction company
• Have worked at least 3 consecutive years as Quantity Surveyor (Preferably Subcontracting)
• Commitment to detail, technical competence, and timely service delivery.
• Experienced in valuations, variations, claims and final account.
• Experienced in contract administration.
• Self-driven and determination to deliver results.
• Cultural intelligence and flexibility to adapt to different ways of working.
• Interpersonal skills and team player.
• With strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in the English language.
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Experience in dewatering and pump rental activity is an advantage.
• A motivated professional with a natural drive and innovative flair.
