Quantity surveyor

• Basic Salary: $3600 - $4000 + AWS
• Working Day: 5.5 (9am to 6pm), Saturday half day

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end tendering including measurements, quantity take-offs, pricing, and submissions
• Prepare, review and interpret tender requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Source materials, suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve competitive pricing
• Manage subcontract awards, progress claims, variations, and variation orders
• Oversee project cost control from contract award through completion, including final accounts
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing clients, consultants, and partners
• Identify and secure new business opportunities from potential and repeat customers
