Job Description

                    Our client in Pretoria East is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team

Minimum requirements: 

BSc Quantity Surveying (Preferable) or BTech in Quantity Surveying

Minimum of 10 Years Experience

Financial control of projects

Cost reporting

Managing site expenditure

Prepare interim valuations

Prepare and process sub-contractors payments

Value scope changes, site instructions an variation orders.

Negotiations and close out final accounts with PQs and sub-contractors

Site administrations, appointments of sub-contractors and managing commercial aspects

Estimating and Tendering

Contractual: Proper knowledge of JBCC contracts (all editions)

Software proficiency: Candy (Advanced knowledge) Excel (Advanced knowledge)
