About the role

Samsung C&T (KL) Sdn Bhd has an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor (MEP) on a contract basis, based in Puncak Alam, Selangor for our new project Data Centre. As Quantity Surveyor (MEP), you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of construction projects, with a particular focus on Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and analyzing bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documentation for MEP works
2. Negotiating and managing subcontractor agreements, ensuring the best value for the company
3. Monitoring and controlling project costs, providing regular financial reports to stakeholders
4. Collaborating with the project team to resolve contractual and commercial issues
