Airmix Enterprise Construction Incorporated is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical) to join our team in Quezon City Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in the company's construction projects, providing expert cost estimation and project control support for the mechanical components of our developments.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for mechanical works, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Analysing tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify quantities and project requirements
