Quantity Surveyor

INFRASTRUCTURE | ROADS | BRIDGES
We are looking for an experienced Civil Quantity Surveyor for Infrastructure Projects including Roads, Bridges, Drainage, Earthworks, and Associated Structures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation of BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
Verification of contractor IPCs and subcontractor bills.
Rate analysis, cost comparison, and budget monitoring.
Measurement of earthworks, concrete, reinforcement steel, asphalt, drainage, and bridge works.
Preparation and evaluation of variation orders, claims, and final accounts.
Preparation and review of Bridge BBS (Bar Bending Schedules) and steel quantity calculations.
Extraction and verification of cut & fill quantities from Civil 3D cross-sections, surfaces, and corridor models.
Quantity verification from drawings, Civil 3D models, and site measurements.
Material reconciliation and wastage control.
Coordination with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
