We are recruiting for an established Groundworks and Civil Engineering contractor working on both residential and commercial schemes across the South West. This role offers a varied workload covering pricing, procurement, and surveying, with the opportunity to be involved in projects from tender stage through to final account.
Key Responsibilities

* Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions.

* Procure subcontractors and suppliers, including negotiating terms and managing contracts.

* Measure and value works on-site, including variations.

* Monitor project costs against budgets and provide regular reports.

* Assist in the preparation of interim applications and final accounts.
