Quantity Surveyor

Key responsibilities

1. Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for electrical construction projects
2. Analyzing project plans, specifications, and drawings to quantify materials, labour, and equipment required
3. Monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure adherence to budgets
4. Providing regular reports on project cost status and forecasts
5. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the electrical construction industry
2. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contracts
3. Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to accurately estimate project costs
4. Strong negotiation and contract management skills
