Quantity Surveyor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare detailed cost estimations.
• Contribute to the preparation of new project tenders.
• Manage material order processing, implement cost control measures, and evaluate vendor claims.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to consultants.
• Finalize project accounts with clients and vendors.
• Support the team with various ad-hoc tasks to ensure project success.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
• Familiar with Glodon Software, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Mandarin proficiency is essential for this role due to our company's Chinese-language internal systems.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
