Job Description
- Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare detailed cost estimates for design materials, furnishings, and finishes, and develop project budgets.
- Tendering & Procurement: Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage the procurement of design elements.
- Contract Administration: Prepare and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance and resolving issues.
- Cost Control & Reporting: Track project expenses and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with interior designers and project managers to align costs with design specifications.
- Risk Management & Value Engineering: Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising design quality.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
