QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities: Manage the full spectrum of quantity surveying duties including procurement, budgeting, cost estimation, contract administration, and measurement of quantities. Evaluate and process variation orders and support cost control efforts throughout project life cycles. Source and assess new subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards. Prepare and issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) and tender documents in coordination with relevant departments. Review and compare subcontractor/supplier quotations, conduct evaluations, and provide recommendations. Participate in procurement meetings and support the preparation of price data and procurement reports. Provide tendering support, especially in pricing exercises and Value Engineering/Cost Down (VECD) proposals.
