Quantity Surveyor

As a Quantity Surveyor , you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist in quantity measurement, BOQ preparation, contract review, cost estimation, final pricing, and document compilation. Attend site briefings if needed.
• Oversee contract administration, material procurement, subcontract management, and cost analysis.
• Source and compare quotations, liaise with suppliers, and monitor project orders.
• Handle progress claims, variation orders, final accounts, and subcontractor payments.
• Manage extension of time, contract terms, and expense claims.
• Support additional quantity surveying tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in quantity surveying, civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experiences in quantity surveying
