• Prepare monthly claims
• Prepare sub contractor and supplier monthly payment responses
• Prepare cost schedule
• Measure drawing quantity take off and order materials
• Measure site quantities for progress claims and work done
• Liasing with sub contractors and suppliers
• Liaising with consultants
• Attending and clearing site inspections
• Submission of drawing and documents to consultants
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
• Take minutes of meeting
