QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities

• Negotiating with contracting companies in order to get sufficient equipment and personnel necessary to complete the construction work in good time.
• Prepare, revise and update tendering
• Taking off quantity drawing tender
• Resolution contractual claim
• Purchasing project site materials

Requirements

• Min Diploma in QS/Civil Engineering/Architectural or equivalent
• Having related building construction working experiences will be a better
• Familiar with Singapore local authorities’ submission
• Immediate availability
