. Sourcing and negotiating quotation of material.
. Quantity taking off and cost estimation for quotation and/or tender.
. Preparing and submission of progress claims and variation orders.
. Evaluate and certifying of sub-contractor's claims.
. Measure work done on site (if necessary)
. Finalization and closing out of project accounts.
. Follow up quotation with Main Contractor and/or Suppliers.
. Prepare LOA to sub-contractor.
. Preparing safety documentation for submission.
. Summarizing project defects to site supervisor.
. Follow up and comparing monthly payment response.
