Job Description
- Review tender specifications and contract documents to ensure all measurements, quantities, and scope of work are accurate in the cost estimation process.
- Responsible for quantity take-off and measurement for precast elements, ensuring accurate calculations and compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and tender pricing for precast components, ensuring competitive and realistic costing.
- Compile and prepare tender submission documents, including bills of quantities, pricing schedules and supporting documentation.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and technical details to identify potential cost risk and optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and project teams to ensure cost control and budget compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
