Responsibilities

• Takeoff quantities and prepare costing and budget for projects. (Architectural & M&E works)
• Sourcing for sub-contractors and suppliers and negotiate price with them.
• Control the budget when doing procurement.
• Submission of progressive claims and variation of orders to client.
• Coordinator with sub-contractors, supplier, consultant and other related parties.
• Evaluate and certify subcontractor's claim.
• Prepare profit and loss for projects / Final Account
• Prepare tender submissions.
• Proficient in quantity taking off for Builder, Architectural, M&E works.
• Knowledge of Archi Finishes, detailing, M&E works systems.
• Able to carry out measurements, tenders, procurement, R Assement.
