Quantity Surveyor

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in quantity surveying/engineering/management, or similar.
• 2-3 years of relevant estimation experience in renovations, interior design,
• repair works, decorations, Alteration and Additon or Fitworks.
• Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Sound knowledge of construction, renovation.
• Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
• Great networking abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reviewing renovation plans and preparing quotations
• Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
