Quantity Surveyor

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $4500
• Working Hour: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
• Location: Bendemeer MRT

Responsibilities:

• Review construction drawings and prepare quantity take-offs.
• Analyse costs for maintenance and additional works.
• Source, evaluate, and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Negotiate costs and terms with contractors and subcontractors.
• Maintain proper documentation for tenders and procurement activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/Quantity Surveying/Building/Construction or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years of QS experience in office renovation / interior design QS.
