Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation for project tender documents & contracts
• Participate in the pre-tendering activities with client, architect and project managers and raising relevant pre-bid queries from the given tender
• Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best prices and terms
• To perform cost estimation, quantity take-off, preparing BOM for project during tender & construction, sourcing for supplier & quotation, verifying claims & preparing progress & variation claims
• Coordination with other departments and subcontractors
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Building/Structural Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Min. 2 years' relevant experience in construction industry
