QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Summary Perform comprehensive Quantity Surveying (QS) tasks including obtaining quotations, negotiating with sub-contractors, measuring quantities, preparing claims, and managing contract risks to support building construction projects efficiently. Responsibilities Obtain quotations and negotiate terms with sub-contractors and suppliers to secure favorable agreements. Collaborate with Project Team, Consultants, Clients, and Sub-contractors to execute Quantity Surveying tasks accurately and effectively. Review main contract documents to identify and advise on risk mitigation strategies. Prepare Schedule of Rates (SOR) and cost estimations as required to support project budgeting. Manage procurement processes for sub-contractors, suppliers, and specialists, ensuring timely follow-up and formalization of agreements.
