Quantity Surveyor
to join our dynamic project team. You will be involved in both
pre- and post-contract

Pre-Contract (Tender Stage): Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and tender documents Take-off quantities from drawings and specifications Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors Conduct budget cost planning and feasibility studies Assist in tender clarifications and attend site briefings Post-Contract (Project Execution Stage): Monitor and control project cost, budget, and expenditure Prepare and evaluate subcontractor packages, contracts, and claims Certify interim payments, variation orders (VOs), and final accounts Assess and negotiate subcontractor claims and disp...
