Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

prepare quotations and tenders, actively follow up and secure new projects, progress claims, identify and claim potential variation orders (VOs), resolve contractual disputes and negotiate final accounts, award of subcontracts, including sourcing, requesting quotations, negotiate discounts, preparing subcontract LOA/ works orders, certify subcontractors’ payments.

Requirements:

· 2 years exp in procurement, contract admin, quotations and claims (Local Construction Exp).

· Min. Diploma / Degree in Building / QS/ Civil Eng

· Bilingual in English and Chinese

· Immediate availability or able to start work at short notice

· Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
