Description
Ensures that the Sub-Contracts are made in line with KONE’s contract guidelines and policies
Fully understands the scope and terms of the main contract as well as sub-contracts, including both KONE’s obligations to customer and subcontractor’s obligations to KONE.
Monitors KONE’s compliance with the contractual obligations throughout the contract term.
Monitors potential claims, including the following actions
Report of matters that are potentially harmful to KONE
Keep up-to-date records of these matters, e.g. variations to scope of works, events that entitle to an extension of time under the contract
Maintain a filing system including all relevant documentation concerning contractual and financial significance, e.g. identifying and maintaining a register of contra charges.
Supports Project Manager and team converting opportunities to real profitable Variation Orders.
