Quantity Surveyor

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Quantity Surveyor (Cost Planning):

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates.
• Source and evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotations, including price comparison and cost analysis.
• Identify and raise tender queries/design discrepancies for clarification.
• Manage tender correspondences, addendums, and updates to tender documents.
• Assist in compiling tender submissions, including qualifications and supporting documents.
• Carry out other quantity surveying duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• 1-3 years of experience in main building tenders.
• Strong ability to read specifications and building drawings.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CostX/Glodon is an advantage. ...
